We believe that neurodiverse children—especially those with autism—deserve a world that understands, supports, and includes them.
At the Amom Foundation, we are leading the way in creating that world through a two-fold mission:
raising awareness and building lasting infrastructure to support children with autism in Cameroon.
What We’re Doing:

Awareness Campaigns
We host sensitization workshops, school outreach, and the upcoming Amom Autism Podcast, featuring local voices, experts, and parents to fight stigma and spread knowledge in culturally relevant ways. -
Caregiver & Educator Training
We empower parents, teachers, and community workers with inclusive teaching strategies and tools to support neurodiverse learners at home and in the classroom. -
Autism Center Construction (Coming Soon)
We are currently working to establish a dedicated Autism Resource & Learning Center in Cameroon—the first of its kind under our foundation.
This center will serve as a hub for:-
Diagnostic services

Parent training and support

Teacher capacity building

This project is part of our long-term vision to make autism support accessible, affordable, and community-driven in Cameroon and beyond.
